Troubleshooting

Innomation has particular expertise in troubleshooting automation line problems such as inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and system unreliability. We work collaboratively with process manufacturers to identify the root causes of problems – determining why it’s occurring by doing an in-depth analysis of the entire automation system including external variables such as ambient conditions and utilities. This approach allows us to pinpoint whether the issue is a result of man, machine, materials, utilities, or ambient conditions.

Once Innomation identifies the exact cause of the problem(s), regardless of where they exist, manufacturers can be assured that Innomation’s recommendations are not just quick fixes and that they will eliminate the issues causing the problems for good. We also provide detailed costs associated with problem resolution, along with a return on investment analysis based on the resulting performance improvements.

1

Key Performance Indicators

Identify key performance indicators (KPIs).

2

Identifying Bottlenecks

Review existing line performance and identify potential problem points, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or points of failure.

3

Root Cause Analysis

Use proprietary monitoring technologies, high-speed video, and probes to pinpoint precise cause(s) of problems being experienced.

4

Conceptualize Solutions

Conceptualize potential solutions to eliminate the root cause.

5

Proof of Concept

Prototype and validate concept, evaluate viability and submit proof of concept.
